A: To submit deposit not receive on self-service center OK.WIN, please follow this step
1. You need to use this link https://okwinservice.com/
2. After you enter the link then close the notification
3. Select issue and choose Deposit not receive
4. Fill your OK.WIN ID account
5. Fill deposit amount you transfer
6. Fill UTR number
7. Fill Receiver UPI ID
8. Attach the deposit receipt proof clear and detail
9. Submit issue

Q: I'm not really understand about the UTR number and Receiver UPI ID where i can find that ?
A: You can find it on the bank / wallet apps you using
1. You open the bank / wallet apps you use for transfer deposit
2. Search on the history transaction / inbox
3. Press the transaction you do to show the detail transfer

STATUS ISSUE
Q: How can I check the status of the issuance deposit not received at the self-service center OK.WIN?
A: You can check the status of the problem by clicking View Problem Status, then fill in your OK.WIN ID account and select the problem of deposit not received. Finally, click Search, and your problem status will be displayed.

SUCCESS STATUS
Q: I already checking and the status in here already success and there is a notes Pass - Success "Deposit success process to your account with UTR:xxxx" what is that mean ?
A: For that mean our deposit department already checking your deposit and successfully process to your OK.WIN account, you just need to check it on OK.WIN account to see your balance enter

REJECT STATUS
Q: What about with status reject i need to know if my deposit not receive issue get reject by OK.WIN deposit department? A: Okay rest assured we will help to explain to you there is few notes rejection you need to know we will give explanation on this below:
1. Reject "UTR number incorrect please contact bank": this mean you need to contact bank/wallet apps you used for transaction there is possible having trouble with the UTR number
